Returns and refunds

Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send items back for a refund or a different size. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn or damaged beyond what's needed to check it.

How to return
Email us at steve@hexx.co.uk with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address.

Return postage
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Use a tracked service, as we can't refund items lost on the way back to us.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Say so in your email and we'll send the new size once your return arrives, subject to stock.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. If you cancel the whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, we'll also refund the original delivery charge.

Faulty or wrong items
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll put it right at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
